Truly enjoyed its incredible and kind staff.
The room was big size and quiet with a private bathroom. The location was particularly good and great, for example, a vibrant public square was not too far from the hotel;))

Quiet little place, I liked superbly friendly personnel.
There were extremely comfy beds and a safe, an iron, and an electronic key card inside the room. The rate was gbp 470. The location was incredible, really close to the main zocalo and centro and food spots in the centre. It also was near downtown.

my a double room was cozy with a safe box, television and a writing table. the bed was large - the best of the 5-star hotels i stayed at before now. the location was excellant, around 10-15 minutes walk from plazuela de los sapos.

I enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean economical hotel. the staff were nice and incredible too. - the setting was great, adjacent to downtown, the historical district and the Cathedral and zócalo. - It was also very close to the centre.

Everything here was beautiful. - the location was excellent and perfect near downtown, better than we ever had before. - Plus, it was close to the historic center of Puebla and great bars, markets, and food spots.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The courtyard and grounds were absolutely beautiful, with vibrant plants and traditional decorations. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for a peaceful stay. It was slightly away from everything, giving it a serene atmosphere.
